Terms & Conditions – Back To School 2025 Competition in Dis-Chem

  1. The competition is open to all consumers, except the employees of iNova Pharmaceuticals and Dis-Chem and their immediate families, advertising and promotion agencies and associated companies.
  2. Participation constitutes acceptance of the rules and instructions pertaining to this competition and entrants agree to abide by these rules.
  3. Customers stand a chance to win one of ten, R 5 000 cash prizes towards school fees (including VAT).
  4. Valid entries must include individuals who have:
    1. Purchased a Créche Guard Immune Multivitamin Syrup or Créche Guard Gummies from participating Dis-Chem pharmacies
    2. Swiped Dis-Chem Benefit Card on purchasing the Créche Guard Immune Multivitamin Syrup or Créche Guard Gummies from participating Dis-Chem pharmacies
  1. The competition starts on Monday, 13th January 2025 and will end on Sunday, 9th February 2025 at 23:00. All entries are placed in a draw and will be randomly selected.
  2. Winners will be notified by 17:00 on Friday, the 14th February 2025 utilising their supplied contact details.
  3. iNova will contact the winners, verify school banking details (letter of confirmed school enrolment, and school banking details) and make payment to the verified schools of the winners.
  4. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash.
  5. The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  6. The governing law to apply in respect of this promotion is that of the Republic of South Africa.
  7. iNova collects personal information to conduct the competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to, prize suppliers and as required, to South African regulatory authorities (for delivery purposes).

  9. All entries become the property of iNova.
  10. Payment of the prize could take 4 to 6 weeks from the date of the announcement.
